Well I guess 2 months is not so bad with an RFE right? ?

i know i was lucky. i sent my i 129f April and im leaving to US on saturday!

the RFE delayed the process for 20 days or so.. but i moved FAST after i received my NVC case number.

Oh wow that is awesome!!! Congratulations!!???????

thank you! one thing i learned about this, besides all the immigration issues is the the waiting never ends lol and for some reason the closer it is to get the k1 approved the more anxious i was. but in the end its all worth it .

Good luck

Ok here for round #2. Got noa1 on August 25 th.

First petition filed went to administrative processing then back to USCIS for an IMBRA review. Withdrew original and fixed the situation. Now back again.

Fingers crossed.

I totally agree. Too late to regret now cause we almost paid full for their service. We're just hoping for the best. Delays are caused by communication gaps. We thought it was the most convenient option but to our dismay, it lengthens the process. It was really us who provided almost everything. Good luck and Congratulations to you!

be careful with lawyers, the k1 process is very easy to do . you can follow guides here like i did and do your own paperwork. i've noticed its more slow when u hire a lawyer, i suppose because they have other customers. Goodluck

i got a RFE because they needed more info about where me and my fiancée met. it was a delay of 20 days or so.

make sure you send exactly what they ask . nothing more , nothing less. extra paperwork can delay the process or open extra questions for them.

good luck

I sent in my packet to the Dallas lockbox 8/29/2016.

However I realized the next day that I forgot to write my fiance's name on his passport photo. I am hoping since I wrote my name on my passport photo and paperclipped his passport to his paperwork and put it in a separate folder I won't get a RFE. Fingers crossed.
