I called the NVC to ask for my case number, I gave the lady my receipt number and she said nothing is coming up... pretty unhelpful. I will try again next week

It takes 21 some days to assign a nvc number November 1st week your docs should be at your embassy.

Still we can't schedule before it reaches to embassy right?

if u go to igors list theres like 70 ppl still from august not approved , your not alone , and 100 or so ppl from sept still waiting ,i think ill get it tonight =)

So just to clarify nothing gets sent to the NVC. next steps are; (I made this check list in excel I hope it transfers to this ok)
