63 Days and no NOA2. This waiting can be so frustrating. ADT and I are both 8/8 NOA1 so who knows why everybody has surpassed us. I may call, but I doubt it would do much good??? It will be Tuesday before they are open to worry about it anyways. Let's hope for a big week this week after the long weekend!!!

It is gonña take at least two or three months.After 3 months we should worry and yeah Monday is a holiday. We lost 4 days. At least we don't fill on December because Christmas is a nightmare nobody works 2 weeks.

it doesnt take 3 months anymore for noa2 , that was in the summer march filers expecially were 80 -100 days for noa2

Soul last night have checked over 4000/cases and do you what? There are still applicants waiting from July 5th?

I hope we get early but Since atd and other guy who filled 8th still did not get anything. It makes me nervous

Late to the game of joining this but here is where we are at...

Sent around August 5th

NOA1 - August 16th

RFE- September 27th

Sent requested info on October 3rd.

Notice they recived it October 6th

For me all the asked for was a different passport photo as it was "too small even though i followed what they said to do (I'm the Petitioner). We are hoping to get confirmation of them receiving it soon and hopefully a few days after that get or NOA2. It seems like a lot of August filers have already got theirs so fingers crossed!!!

Congrats to all those who got their NOA2 hope the rest of the process is speedy for you!!!

Waiting for case# sucks too guys. I mean we all want to be with our loved ones at Christmas. So I hope and pray for all of us!

We called last week too and that's what they said so my fiance asked for expedite. They emailed us the other day and asked for some papers. Hope we get a good news next week!

You should call them first before you email them, it depends if what service center you gonna call or email. We called the CSC since our papers are there.

Cases for NOA2 depends on your situation..Mine have been recent divorce and had been file K1 before back in 1999. I think they check it thoroughly before approve mine

But, USCIS will just said send them paper work. That is all they do, Believe or not, time waiting is the same..Unless your fiance is veteran, they will process quicker thats all

Its not like passport to expedite service...
