I got off the phone with NVC and I just got my case number.

NOA2: Sept 16, 2016

NVC#: Oct 07, 2016 (21 day from NOA2)

It took about one week (around 5 business days) to get the NOA2 hard copy.

We haven't gotten it yet. Should we be worried? Who should we contact. Thanks for your help.

As the beneficiary, am I allowed to contact the USCIS and NVC? Or do they only speak to the petitioner.

The only person who should worry is ADT. He/She is the who left far behind. I am 18th filler so I can wait, just dont want to wait 4-5 months for NOA2

Some people have waited more than 200 days for NOA2.

Today it sucked. They did not updated the system or went to vacation.

I have checked more than 100 applications and only 1 of them were updated.

We are still waiting for our RFE in the mail to see what it is that they need from us. Hopefully early next week we get it and quickly get whatever it is sorted and sent back.

ADT, you're due anytime now for your approval I bet it's next week too

Soulstriker I have a feeling yours is around the corner as well.

go to us travel http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ andselect your country thats the site ull select your appointment online when u get to that part of the process ,on the left hand side of the page ull see when it says next available appointment , but you have to make a account on there , every now and then ill login just to see.
