I called again and still no number. Does anyone else NOA2 say petition approved and forwarded to listed consulate. She told me I should be contacting the consulate or USCIS and not them.

I just called USCIS and was told that my petition is approved and to follow direction on the notice.

Just be patient! I set up my mind to expect it in 3 months, so 2 is not too long yet! They probably need to check some more information to approve you! I am kind of relieved but my biggest fear is interview in embassy!

That's weird NVC told you to call the consulate... you would need the case number for that, which is what you're calling them for!! My NOA2 said the same thing, so idk what theyre doing with you :/ definitely call again today.

I received my case number from NVC Sept 28th and they sent it to my embassy in Dhaka on Sept 30th. I check tonight and it shows that my case is ready.

I hope all get approvals and cases move along quickly.
