We just received an RFE yesterday too. Does anybody have a timeline on how long it typically takes to get the hard copy in the mail? We can't start working it until we know what they need.

Our RFE is about the IMBRA,my fiance answered no to question about his alcohol related convictions,he forgot about the one when he was 21 years old?

We have not received our yet. Maybe early this week. I have no idea what it could be for. How did you correct a wrong answer? Just check the right box and return? I'm a little worried that I will have to dig up an old record, or something that would require my fiancée' signature which will take time.

Dont worry about it yet,it could be anything.no sense in thinking what it s gonna be..yeah,old records will take time,thats what we are worrying about right now,my fiancee had his in 3 different county,they only give us till december 20

Thanks, easier said than done, I'm not wired that way. Hoping to get ours in the mail tomorrow. If yours is just a incorrect check box in the IMBRA section I would think it would be easy to fix. What did they ask you to do to correct the problem?

Nah,its about the part 3 question 2 and 3 about previous convictions,he checked no bcoz he thought he got 2,but it turns out he has 3 ,so he needs to check yes and provide police and court documents

Mine got approved in 35 days. Filed in August 24th and got the NOA2 sept 30! Just waiting for the hard copy. Super excited! Any ideas what the next step is? I want to be prepared and get it all done asap

Hey guy's.. Im curios, now that I have got my NOA2(online), how can I set the interview date?

Do I need to wait for the mail to get to the embassy at Israel and then to me? Or that the number from the NVC will be enough..?
