Hi August Filers!

I suggest to use your receipt number to check your case status at myUSCIS.

I did G-1145 yet no email has been received.

Maybe you are already approved! :dancing:

Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

I was offline for a few days due to no wifi. In my finance's village in Ukraine but we went to his aunt's house to check our status and we were approved!!!!! Can hardly believe it! I'm so happy we were able to be together when we got the news and now it won't be so hard to say goodbye!

August 1 NOA1

September 28 NOA 2

I didn't get an email though, can I still call NVC?

When you call in, they ask for your USCIS number and your notice date. Then they tell you it's not there yet, and it could take up to 48 days.

As long as you have those two things, you don't need the hard copy.

02/06/17- Visa Denied

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)

Can someone tell me what is going on August 1st to 8th?? Looks like USCIS miss all petition since last week.. I checked all cases around me they got approved or RFE since Sept 1st to 26..Then all sudden they stop approve or RFE...

I am running out of patience :devil::devil::devil::devil::devil: Seen other mid August filer got approved, I am happy for them...

maybe your name may have matched one of their background databases , think they put the petitioner name thru at least 5 databases , and true the person whose doing early aug 1 - 6 are mad lazy

Received my NVC number on the 28th. NOA2 date was 9/14

That's great. I just called again still no NVC case#. NOA2 was Sept 15. Hopefully soon.

I've seen alot of UK applicants get their case numbers rather quickly.

Congratulations!

You can, but it's pretty highly unlikely that they will already have your case. It has to ship from CA to NH- and then they have to process it.

My NOA2 date was Sept 15 and they still don't have my case. I haven't seen any case numbers assigned for people whose NOA2 dates were after Sept 13 yet.

Our NOA2 was Sept 14th. We got our NVC number on Sep 28th.

Just call NVC sec. ago and they still have not got my case yet. :ranting::crying:

my NOA2 approval on sept. 16 and been 2 week already. :crying::clock:
