Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

u see any approvals ? i have to wait till midnite to look at the nearby cases ( limit is 3 times for uscis app on andriod)

No approval yet..

RFE should come in by 5:30


I seen other cases next to mine got RFE or approval...I am so stress out...... :crying::crying::crying::crying:

We all have to just hang in there. We're lucky that it is moving quick-ish at our times of filing. I still get anxious though, haha.

I think this week will bring a lot of approvals :)

Hey I was looking ahead a bit. And where on the Bulletin do they lost the priority date cutoff?

I am referring to this below. I was looking on the VB and couldn't find it.... I am sure I am just overlooking. But I see a lot about China and other places that just don't fit our needs.

f your Priority Date DOES NOT meet the most recent Cut-off Date, the NVC will notify you and hold your petition until your Priority Date meets the most recent Cut-off Date or is likely to become current soon. As your Priority Date gets closer to the Cut-off Date, NVC will contact you to start processing. The Department of State updates the Cut-off Dates on a monthly basis in the Visa Bulletin.

I called the NVC today. They said they havent received my case yet.

Our NOA2 was approved last Sept16

And also, im concerned since i dont have the NO2 document mailed to me yet.

Does everyone have their NO2 paper?
