Hi i saw that we have tha same consulate which is manila philippines and service center is california.. but i am a september filer... hope we can help each other or give tips to each other.

08/01 sent I-129 package

08/03 USCIS received (according to the text message which we got on 08/05)

09/16 NO2 approved d(according to the text message which we got on 09/26)

We have bot received the NOA2 paper yet...

And we are planning to Call the NVC if they got our case

Hello everyone, first post here!

I sent my petition August 1st, received NOA1 August 8th, and I'm happy to say last night we finally got NOA2!!

I was so surprised, I had given up on even checking my case and then the email came through at 10:27PM

there are tons of approved August 8th but not mine...

Saw 13 case approved below me.....

I just got through to the NVC via phone call (approx 20mins on hold, at 11:43EST) and my case has not yet reached the NVC.

my NOA2 approval date was 9/15

I will call back on Friday if I do not receive my NVC letter by then.

the petitioner will receive the NOA2, not the beneficiary (your fiance). Your fiance will receive a letter from his or her embassy when they have received the case from the NVC.

I received my NOA2 on 9/15 and my case still has not reached the NVC.

I read further in the forums that there is a "Crate" that has to be filled from the CSC with approved cases. it apparently takes a couple weeks for one of those crates to be filled before they're shipped. So depending when you were approved, will affect when your case reaches the NVC.

Oh im so sorry for the typho, im new to the forum and trying to figure out stuff.

I meant "not" instead of "bot" my apologies.

Only the US petitioner will receive the notification, nit the beneficiary.
