Hello everyone, first post here!

I sent my petition August 1st, received NOA1 August 8th, and I'm happy to say last night we finally got NOA2!!

I was so surprised, I had given up on even checking my case and then the email came through at 10:27PM :)

Good luck everyone, it will happen when you least expect it!

Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

Hi i saw that we have tha same consulate which is manila philippines and service center is california.. but i am a september filer... hope we can help each other or give tips to each other.

You may call the NVC fir follow up. Try this no. (603) 334-0700 If this wont work jut google another no. Try callin around 7:00 EST. They have less volume that time ( just saw that tip somewhere)

I'm an Noa1 Aug 9 and my estimated timeline says ours should be this week, fingers crossed! Hopefully we are right after all those August 8 ones that flew through.

There's only about 30 of us left out of 148 from August 1........ they were really quick at first but seems they slowed way down on those applications and moved on to later dates. There aren't any small groups of cases waiting. It's just big chunks of approvals and rfes then a random case or two still waiting....

But today I won't be sad because I'm headed to Ukraine to be with My love!

I'll be checking the app when I have wifi but I'm glad I won't be able to obsess over it this next week :)

Our time projected this week, cross our fingers for approval..Hopes to see a lots more approve this week.

Sometimes Igor list is right, sometime don't. It just base on members on VJ as a portion of people file.

Has anyone approved heard from NVC yet?

Nothing yet, last time I called on Fri Sept 23rd still not received. I think I will wait until this weds to call and see if they have our petition.

7/27/16- Mailed 129-F to Texas Lockbox

8/01/16- USCIS received packet

9/08/16- Petition Approved

9/27/16- NVC received packet

9/28/16- Case Number assigned

9/30/16- Left NVC to Dhaka

10/04/16- Embassy in Dhaka received petition

10/12/16- Received packet 4

11/01/16- Medical Exam completed

11/28/16- Interview in Dhaka

11/28/16- 221 (g) Green Slip given

02/06/17- Visa Denied

 

CR-1 Process

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)
