Just Checked with NVC; they haven't got my case yet and they say it is up to 6 week to receive my case from USCIS.

6 week OMG >.< :ranting: more waiting :clock:

Its probably a canned answer just like the USCIS has 5 months.

2016.08.12 - I-129 Received by USCIS

2016.08.16 - Received NOA1 via Txt Message

2016.08.18 - Received NOA1 I-797C via USPS

2016.09.21 - Received NOA2 via Txt Message (35 days)

2016.09.26 - Received NOA2 Hard copy via USPS

2016.10.06 - Received Case number from NVC

2016.10.12 - Case in Transit from NVC to BKK Embassy

2016.10.15 - Case Received by Consulate

2016.10.19 - Status changed from Transit to Ready

2016.10.20 - Packet 3 Sent to Consulate via Post

2016.10.25 - Packet 4 received from Consulate (Interview scheduled 11/15/16)

2016.11.02 - Medical Exam completed

2016.11.15 - Visa Approved!! (90 Days)

2016.11.17 - Visa received via Thai Post

2016.11.30 - Arrived in the USA!! POE: Chicago

According to the Processing times, its taking about 18-20 days on average. I think your timeline says you received your NOA2 about a week ago? Be patient. You and I should still be reeling at how fast we got through the USCIS. :dancing: We'll get there.

I called the NVC last night and still they have not receive my petition. Well let's keep with the waiting game.

K-1 Process  

7/27/16- Mailed 129-F to Texas Lockbox

8/01/16- USCIS received packet

9/08/16- Petition Approved

9/27/16- NVC received packet

9/28/16- Case Number assigned

9/30/16- Left NVC to Dhaka

10/04/16- Embassy in Dhaka received petition

10/12/16- Received packet 4

11/01/16- Medical Exam completed

11/28/16- Interview in Dhaka

11/28/16- 221 (g) Green Slip given

02/06/17- Visa Denied

 

CR-1 Process

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)

Thanks so much! I have the APP on my iPhone but it only shows my case

There are two apps. The one with only Stars and Stripes I can only see my case but the other app with stars stripes and the eagle I can search up to 500 cases. Maybe try to get this app too :)

hope to see more approvals , i think next week well see aug 20-26 ppl getting approved

I saw one below me got approved on 21st september,..uscis received our petition on 23rd aug..that one was less than a month,so lucky?
