Yep that's the time your status will change on the USCIS website :) here's hoping to lots of approvals tonight! And even RFE's aren't that bad, as long as you can get them the info they want. At least you know someone's actually looked at your file and the turn around time between sending in the evidence and getting approval seems to be faster lately :)

Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

Yes I see even people with rfe's have fast turn arounds

wow congrats 39 days is amazing , on the uscis app on case active does it say 39 days?

It says 41 days on my USCIS app. Maybe because I put in 7/29/16 there before when it asked about when the case started? Idk.

10/04/16- Embassy in Dhaka received petition

10/12/16- Received packet 4

11/01/16- Medical Exam completed

11/28/16- Interview in Dhaka

11/28/16- 221 (g) Green Slip given

02/06/17- Visa Denied

 

CR-1 Process

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)
