Hi guys me and my fiance just about want to start our kl fiance visa and we still get confuse about that we need lawyer or no to start our kl fiance visa and is lawyer can help to get visa easily?....please help.

Not really sure what you're saying, however, you DO NOT need a lawyer. The K1 process is REALLY easy if you follow the guides etc on this website.
Having a lawyer will probably extended the process rather than shorten it. - But it adds an extra layer of security etc should you get called on for an RFE or whatever.

hello everyone.

I hope everyone is doing well. I need to ask you about my paperwork for interview. I prepared proof of relationship(pictures, whatsapp chat logs and whatsapp call record, skype documents) total 106 pages. and my fiancee sent me last 3 years 1040 forms, last year w2, employment letter, I134 form, couple pay stubs and letter of intent marry for embassy. So in these documents we have wet signature just in I-134 form and letter of intent marry. Are we need wet signature for any more documents? my interview will be 3 April. and our relationship started 10 months ago. We lived together 4 monts. do you think the time is problem for us to get visa?

I'm so stresful, I need your help for being relax.

The beneficiary also needs an intend to marry letter , your original birth certificate , your passport , 2 passport size Photos, copy of the DS-160 confirmation page , copy of the embassy appointment email, Certificate of no marriage , and the police clearance from the foreign fiancés country , and also from those country that you lived more than 12 months you need to ask a police clearance from that country too.

Your fiancé needs to send you his bank Statement and an employee letter from his company or boss, if he is an employee.
