I have never heard ds-260. I have did ds-160 But how come you can schdule interview without filling ds-160?

 

After I got my nvc number,

 

I have filled out ds 160 then,

I have opened an account visa usa.com

registered with my ds-160 number with nvc number.

pay the visa,

then schedule the interview.

Hi yes we sent it August 10th got NOA 1 August 22nd 2016

What are you doing? Have you guys filled for Green Card, is there any form you follow right now. I am divorced and I have already submitted my divorce decree to them while apply k1 visa, I do need the divorce decree (copy) again for Green Card?

were just waiting to apply for ssn in a few days , then get our wedding this month , aos most likely in march

So after contacting uscis after the 90 day timeframe from receiving our evidence from our RFE. They have emailed to say our case is being adjudicated!!! At least it has gone from processed to adjudicated!! Not quite sure what this means but that have said we will hear again within 45 days!! So that's 90 days from RFE evidence two weeks to receive email after calling them now another 45 days! Possibly. I'm not sure they have a set timeframe for the visa process!!

we will  carry on waiting .......?

yah after your in the usa for a 2 weeks or less depending on the state you live in you can apply for ssn

Hello everyone!

 

I have a question that I hope youll be able to answer...

 

How long does it usually take for a  K1 interview to be scheduled in Riyadh? 

 

We already sent our DS-160 but we haven't received any email from the Embassy regarding an interview appointment.

 

It worries me cause our approval from USCIS expires in 3 weeks.
