Hi guys.

I need some help. My fiancée submitted our application for k1. We still haven't had our nao2 and the service centre have had our reply to our rfe 90 days we call every week and get no joy. We request to talk to level 2. Who when they call are rude to my fiancée and then hang up without telling her anything. What do we do we're are now told to wait until the end of January to find out further news. When we don't have any now. This takes our application to 7 months at the end of January. Who can we contact is there a level 3. I was hoping for good news but yet again customer service is missing the word service. Please any help will be appreciated.

My fiance had his medical exam, thank goodness! Our interview date is Jan 8. Please keep us in your prayers. Anyone here had the interview and know what kind of questions to ask? We are really nervous!! We want it to go well and dont know what to expect really. We have all the documents and everything. Any feedback would be appreciated

They will just ask about your fiancé's information, address in the US, age,occupation, when and where did you meet, how many times your fiance visited you ?

my fiance passed her medical with no issues, got her xray cd , vaccination worksheet ds 3025 , and medical report in brown envelope =)

My visa approved on Dec 29.

Btw the CO only asked me 1 question, how I met my fiance. 

I was worrying about age gap and religion. But all is fine. Love win.

got approved ! lost like several hours of sleep waiting for my fiance to call me after her interview , only 9 questions , she did notice elder applicants were getting denied but the younger applicants for immigrant visas all did fine , left a small review , will be checking the ceac status till it says  issued

What do you mean by elder applications? How do they get denied? How old you guys?

Also they approved you and asking review? Review for what? 

My interview is on January 26 and I am getting stressfull. 

 

Also as far as I know ATD couldnt get the visa. Do you guys know any news from him?

oh i meant that the older immigrant visa applicants ewre getting denied but the younger ones werent , were both 26 young couple=p.No i meant i was going to write a consulate review which i did mins ago foy my embassy

Oh okay. I are both 32 and I am in turkey right now. This week all families will gether around. So I will have some family photos with 1K ring. Hope we wont have any problem
