Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

On DS-160, there is part asking about RECEIPT NUMBER. Is that the number we get from USCIS or NVC number?

When it asks for RECEIPT NUMBER, it is definitely the USCIS receipt number. Even the example DS-160 on VJ uses the USCIS receipt number.

USCIS = Receipt or Petition Number

NVC = Case Number

hello everyone. we sent our rfe back on 21 nov. but still nothing change. when I check on uscis website it still says rfe mailed, not recevied. Is it normal? I'm so nervous.

normally it took 5 days evertime but now more than 5 days.

dont worry..wait one more week cuz u never know maybe they are more busy or what.
