I had to do the ds-160 first to schedule and pay for the visa. It asked me for the number from it when I was scheduling an interview

yah thats what im seeing as well on the interview site itll ask u for the ds 160 confirm number and visa fee receipt number

Yeah

DS160 first

Then create account to pay visa fees.. because it will ask for DS160 #


Without DS160 you cannot create account to pay visa fee

I-129F sent August 6th 2016

NOA1 Received August 8th 2016

Approved October 11th 2016

Hard Copy NOA2 Received October 17th 2016

NVC Received October 25th 2016

NVC Case Assign October 26th 2016

Left NVC October 31st

Paid Visa Fees November 1st 2016

Embassy Received November 4th 2016

Packet 3 Received November 11th 2016

Medical December 12th 2016

Interview December 21st 2016

Visa In Hand??

Can someone tell me what do i need when my beneficiart will recieve packet 3 cuz my brother will support me.i will be doing afdidivqt of support my sister is saying they will ask for IRS transcript for tax forums.

He should have sent the whole divorce papers . A photocopy is fine . But in the interview you should have the original copy .

HI Seriouslady, he sent me the full docs now. but the copy from the courthouse is just a photocopy. according to some, photocopy is enough. i am so confused now and worrying coz which is which? and my fiance is confused now too coz the courthouse copy is just a photocopy.

Guys, my interview is in less than 24 hours. I keep reading visa denial posts... Take my advice and don't do that to yourself! I'm praying for a good outcome. I've covered all of my bases and they would have no grounds to deny us on, that I know of.. lol

July 7th, 2016 – Engaged

September 1st, 2016- I-129F Sent to Lockbox Facility in Lewisville

September 6th, 2016- NOA1

- No RFE’s -

October 3rd, 2016- NOA 2 (Via USCIS application)

- Hardcopy came a week and a half after –

October 27th, 2016- NVC received case (after many weeks of calling)

October 28, 2016- Case was assigned a number

November 4th, 2016- Case left NVC for Bosnia and Herzegovina

( According to DHL website tracking my case will be received by the consulate on November 7th,2016)

November 7th, 2016- Interview (APPROVED)

November 22nd, 2016- POE: Salt Lake City. WE ARE FINALLY TOGETHER.

Ask for a certified true copy with seal in it.. You're ok if you have photocopy only but in the actual interview certified true copy will do .
