You send it to your fiance/e, who takes it with them to the interview. if your tax returns from before aren't good, get pay stubs and send them with a letter of employment stating your current title, your pay rate, and your full-time status.

I'm still a bit confused with the documents supporting the affidavit of support...in the guides they state a,b and c things...but I don't get it :(

supporting docs for the I 134 can be the following

letter of employment / offer letter , pay stubs , bank statements , IRS tax returns , IRS tax transcripts , IRS wage/income transcripts , W2s

Thanks @soulstriker. So only a letter of employment would be fine, stating how long he's been working, salary, the position and stuff...how important are the tax documents?

Everyone, my paperwork has been at NVC since the 28th. I swear I am having the worst luck with NVC. Does the status change as soon as they send it? I'm using the immigrant section on the ceac website, is this correct? I hope nothing is wrong. NVC is most definitely the worst on me in regards to wait time.

July 7th, 2016 – Engaged

September 1st, 2016- I-129F Sent to Lockbox Facility in Lewisville

September 6th, 2016- NOA1

- No RFE’s -

October 3rd, 2016- NOA 2 (Via USCIS application)

- Hardcopy came a week and a half after –

October 27th, 2016- NVC received case (after many weeks of calling)

October 28, 2016- Case was assigned a number

November 4th, 2016- Case left NVC for Bosnia and Herzegovina

( According to DHL website tracking my case will be received by the consulate on November 7th,2016)

November 7th, 2016- Interview (APPROVED)

November 22nd, 2016- POE: Salt Lake City. WE ARE FINALLY TOGETHER.

Congrats ADT! I didn't get my hard copy yet but already get my case #.

What's the status on NVC and your case? Have they sent it off?
