Hello all, our I 129f application was approved today! The email was sent at 19:28 hrs. and the text was sent at 19:30 hrs. I followed the guides here to the letter and it served me well. I was tracking 10 cases below me and 10 cases above me on the USCIS page and there was one other I 129f approval before me. For those still waiting, just be patient! If USCIS is moving this fast, it only means that NVC is going to be the bottleneck now, so it will be more hurry up and wait!

Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

Congrats on the approvals! I think our timing being August filers is a blessing as they seem to be going through quickly. We should all be getting them soon I bet! :)

Hi Guys

I checked on my app today, all most 90% August 2nd either approved or RFe, where are August 8th??? :clock::clock::clock:

Also, yesterday I didn't any approve on 2nd to the 8th at all..Looks like they slow down for some reasons :angry::angry::angry:

hopefully today we see more this week was slow , maybe alot of july filers had RFEs or something , my case is probably still in a bin waiting to be processed

I saw a lot August RFE, maybe that is the reason they don't new case this week much

Anyone hear from NVC yet? How do we call in to get that info and when should we call in?

most call in 1- 2 weeks after they get noa2

Just got my Hard Copy of NOA-2 in the mail today. :idea:

I got my approval Sept 8th. My physical NOA-2 Sept 10th and NVC still has not received my file yet.

K-1 Process  

7/27/16- Mailed 129-F to Texas Lockbox

8/01/16- USCIS received packet

9/08/16- Petition Approved

9/27/16- NVC received packet

9/28/16- Case Number assigned

9/30/16- Left NVC to Dhaka

10/04/16- Embassy in Dhaka received petition

10/12/16- Received packet 4

11/01/16- Medical Exam completed

11/28/16- Interview in Dhaka

11/28/16- 221 (g) Green Slip given

02/06/17- Visa Denied

 

CR-1 Process

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)
