A suggestion, perhaps in the Hood the Police should act more like the Fire service, just there to be called upon by the Community if needed.

You don't need that to figure out why they did that. My neighborhood wasn't even that bad, but I had family/friends who lived there, and if you just asked them, you'd know.

Why is hood written that way? And it's more complicated than that. We've tried to have this conversation before, but if I recall, you said, forget about how we got there, just focus on other things...
