I have been touched 3 times this month, what does that mean? the first one was 1st of march 2nd the 11th of march and last one was yestarday, march 21st. I know every case is diffferent but I just wondering if I'm going to get any RFE or an interview soon?

Good luck for all in our journeys

I am confused. I don't know if anyone can answer your questions. You may want to put in a timeline in your signature or tell us what you are being touched for. I, for one, do not know what you are being touched about. I presume it is for your AOS. It may be for something else. Please let us know so we may can help.

Have a great evening.

Hi Andres,

I don't think there is a direct one-to-one relationship between getting touches on your cases and your actual time line. It has been our experience that AOS cases are taking about 3-4 months to get an interview scheduled. Just keep your hopes up and before you know it you will be walking out with your GC in hand.

Good luck

Actually,

The time frame varies widely according to what district office you are using. New Orleans (my office) is currently taking twenty months to process AOS.

Getting " touched " just means the " last updated " day in your online portfolio has changed.... and nobody really knows what it means exactly .. they are doing something with your case that day .. but it doesn't mean RFE .. or Interview .. or anything else .. it just means they are doing something !
