According to USCIS processing times you are due with 8/12 PD tomorrow, so still bit premature, so hang in there!  I'll bet you hear something by end of week!

I'm going to do infopass at San Francisco FO tomorrow. Any suggestion about what questions I should ask to get as much information as I can?

Your PD date is August 19, you will be wasting your time going, your SF office is at 7 months 16 days according to their official processing calendar so there is nothing they will tell you but to wait, you should hear from them end of the month.

yea sorry but you're just going to waste a couple of hours of your life, in 6 years here I've never heard one person getting any useful info from an InfoPass appointment if there priority date falls within their posted official processing times.

but USCIS only post official processing time as of about 2 months ago. like on Mar 14, they posted processing time as of Jan 31 was June 16. Does that mean only PD before June 16 will be given some helpful information?

I've been given conflicting info from L1 and L2 about that, but I can say the USCIS Processing page shows LA office handling June 23 as of January 31, so that's a 7 month and 10 day approval time.  My PD was August 10 and I was approved yesterday, so that took 7 months and 3 days.  So if you are August 19, according to their website SF should approve you on March 29 or so.  Infopass will just tell you same thing.

hallelujah !!!!

Finally a movement in my case, Checked the "check my status" site and it changed to Interview was scheduled. Didn't have any change since my FP taken in late August.

However when I checked the USCIS site it didn't change...

How long does it take for this site to update?

Do you know when the status changed? Useful info for us later on in the Chicago timeline (I'm 8/11 PD.) Also, what is your PD?

I've heard that the files get uploaded a couple of days after the initial status change.

PD is 8/9 and it has today's date as the scheduled interview date. Hope it helps.

I will update if there is a change

Is anyone here being process at the Salt Lake City (SLC) field office?  We sent the application in on Aug. 15 2016 and had the fingerprints done on Sep. 6., but still haven't gotten any notice about the interview.  Has anyone who filed in Aug. 2016 and is with the SLC field office been scheduled for the interview yet?  Just want to have an idea on where the SLC office is in terms of processing.

Also, will a change of address make any difference?  We're just moving to the other side of the town which certainly doesn't cause any change of immigration district or field office, etc.  It'd be ridiculous if this can cause any delay.

I went to the Infopass today. It's pretty quick, my number was called when I was still in the bathroom.

The lady was nice, and I was told that my case status is eligible for interview. The current processing time of San Francisco FO is July 29, 2016. There are about 2150 people in the queue waiting, only about 70 are already scheduled for interview.

She told me that I should get scheduled in few weeks, otherwise I should send a request for my case.

Charlotte, NC oath ceremony was today. Bittersweet writing this as I know there are frustrated people still waiting. The Charlotte office is are holding ceremonies Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. There were 65 people from 34 different countries this time around. Stay the course, friends. It will happen for you as well; hoping for a speedy resolution for you all!
