PD 8/2

Biometrics 8/22

No news since. All the application numbers immediately before and after me have already had their oaths scheduled.

Filed in New Orleans office: Last processing date changed from April 25th in December to April 9th in January and back to April 25th in February. I am so frustrated.

Anybody else filing at New Orleans FO?

I filled at Hialeah FO, with PD of July 14th, and Biometrics of August 15th, and still haven't heard anything from USCIS since then.

I have contacted my house representative, and his inquiry only revealed that my application is pending interview scheduling.

I'm beyond frustrated also.

You are just two days past the posted processing times for your office, 7 months and 11 days, hopefully you will see some movement soon.

SEATTLE UPDATE! I just got an email saying I will be receiving my interview date in the mail! No updates online yet so I can't see when it was scheduled. For all my seattle people on here... There's light at the end of the tunnel and I hope progress is happening with all of your cases.

Wonderful news! Based on the current trend, it looks like the interview notice will be uploaded 2 days after the email. Do share the interview date and if the oath is on the day (as in common in Seattle). What was your PD btw?

Ours says "  USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice. "  as the "Recent Cases" section as the "Status Message".

However, the "Recent Notices" section above that of the logged in website says the last notice date was 8/20/16 (which was the bio appointment).

I can't remember the last "Status Message" I checked weeks ago.  Is this the status before the interview?  I feel like the last time I checked the Status message sounded more like it was talking about the bio appointement...now it sounds like it may have actually changed.   I'll attach a picture.

Hi guys! Here is some news I thought I would share since feel a little bit hopeless. I had my interview yesterday and everything seemed to be smooth and I was issued a notice to come to the oath ceremony the same day. Although when I was about to sign the info electronically on the little screen that should have appeared on my certificate, I noticed a mistake in the data and pointed it out. When I came to the ceremony, I was told that they could not print my certificate since they couldn't correct the mistake and so I was not sworn but instead told to go home. I felt kind of abandoned! I wrote an e-mail today to ask about updates since I have a flight back home on Friday but they didn't answer me at all. I am anxious that all i have in my hands just my naturalization notice from yesterday which is expired. Tried to log into my account and it says system outage. Actually my account wasn't updated forever anyway.

Mine is 8/8! I really hope to get my notice soon too!

Any updates?? I checked the myaccount site and my letter was on there (I haven't received it in the mail yet). My interview is on 4/5 at 2:30pm. Do you think the oath will be the same day? I've heard the oath is only on the same day if the interview is early in the morning but I don't know if seattle is like that. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
