Mailed my package last Monday, August 1 to Arizona and delivered on Tuesday. This morning got a notification from my credit card that there's a charge of 680 from USCIS. Good luck to all of us.

What's your local USCIS office? I can add your info to the list.

7/30/2013 AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-131, and I-765) sent via UPS

8/1/2013 delivery confimation from UPS, signed for

8/6/2013 E-mail/txt notifications (x4) all forms have been transferred to NBC

8/10/2013 Received hard copies of notifications (x4) dated 8/6/2013

8/15/2013 Received biometric appointment notice (Scheduled for 9/5/2013)

It said your check was cashed 03/08 instead of 08/03 and it had a biometrics date of 07/18/2016, which was before you even filed so I figured it was a mistake. Also, is washington, DC your local office? did you file to Dallas or pheonix lockbox?

It said your check was cashed 03/08 instead of 08/03 and it had a biometrics date of 07/18/2016, which was before you even filed so I figured it was a mistake. Also, is washington, DC your local office? did you file to Dallas or pheonix lockbox?

Biometrics date was correct. I already had my fingerprints done and included into the package as I am applying from overseas. All people do it who apply from abroad. I filed to Phoenix lockbox and Washington DC will be my field office.

What's your local USCIS office? I can add your info to the list.

I'm a PR since 08-07-2013 and my field office is Wichita, KS. I got an email and text yesterday with my receipt number that starts with IEO. I can also check my status online now and it says my application was received last Aug 3. So I should expect my NOA sometime next week. Thanks for adding me to the timeline.

I'm a PR since 08-07-2013 and my field office is Wichita, KS. I got an email and text yesterday with my receipt number that starts with IEO. I can also check my status online now and it says my application was received last Aug 3. So I should expect my NOA sometime next week. Thanks for adding me to the timeline.

I also received an e-mail with my receipt number but waiting for the hard copy as they write in the e-mail "We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status." I guess your e-mail says the same. Why do they tell to wait and if I can go and check my status before receiving the paper NOA? I only see the reason to wait because the system might be not updated? Is there any other reason?

Yes, they sent the entire application package back along with the rejection letter. It looked like it was already scanned in (all pages had a barcode/info on the bottom). I resubmitted the same package and they accepted that. The only form that was missing was the credit card authorization form, which the rejection letter states was destroyed so I sent in a new one. Good luck!

I just received back the entire application package and the rejection letter today which states that the application was rejected for not filing within the 90 days. Not sure if they had attempted to charge the card but since I cancelled and replaced it, I don't have to worry about then charging me twice. My only question is that when the returned the package, they removed my tabs and the table of contents letter. Should I just ship it back the same way I received it and not put back the table of contents and the tabs to separate and identify the documents also, should I reprint a new application, sign and date it today. They already have some things printed at the bottom of every page of the entire package.
