Oh I know this, that's why I'm desperately trying to book the visa interview now! Hoping if I could get one in Sept we can make it through. I know it may be a case of re-taking medical though if it doesn't happen.

Not to scare you but you did the medical exam in April and you have to travel to the US within 6 months of that date not the visa issue date

You may need to take a new medical exam

It doesn't necessarily mean you've done anything wrong. This happened to us last month and they fixed it within 24hrs of emailing the address given in the error message. Not that waiting an extra 24hrs was much fun at that point. But they will fix it for you once you email them.

(It's been unforeseen circumstances that meant we've had to delay being ready for interview this long after the medical. It's very annoying but there we go!)

Good news, I've been able to schedule an appt for Sept 13th. My medical runs out on Oct 8th so there's a chance this could actually work out if they approve the visa and return it within 10-15 days like they say... just got to make sure we can get the paperwork all done in time!

Hi I'm so sorry I've only just seen this!

I used the form provided in one of the answers above and it was fixed within a day or two... hope you've had more luck since posting!

How did they fix the issue?

I am having exactly the same issue last 3 days.

I sent e-mail to embassy and CSC but nothing is happened so far.

Can you help me about that?
