People on this forum give immigration advice in a non-attorney setting. Do they all have ulterior motives in their right to free speech? The US Government provides visas to these individuals if they go through the legal process. We all know attorneys cannot obtain green cards for people, they only offer to make the process easier for their clients, which in many cases we know is not accurate. Take the issue of complaint up with the government. Did Smith's mother have an ulterior motive for speaking at the RNC? I'm sure, I could drum something up, put it on a blog and make it true....

Here is the thing that is being overlooked on this topic.

Here us an opportunity for Trump to act Presidential by being gracious, acknowledge the sacrifice of this family and thank them and move on like the incident never occurred.

Trump let his ego get in the way of his response...this is what Republicans, Democrats and Independents having been saying: Donald Trump has not demonstrated the temprament needed to lead our country.
