I went to NVC's website then under contact us (google "contact NVC" to find it). They have an email option. I filled out the public inquiry form and they emailed me my case number the next day. I didn't get the snail mail until like 4 weeks later. (total of around 8 weeks for snail mail~)

Sent my AOS and IV package by UPS yesterday and I've been tracking it like crazy online. It's saying "held at warehouse - delivery date estimate not available". I hope this doesn't mean there is a problem with it.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Is form 1040 acceptable to attach as the supporting document for the I-864?

If you are doing 1040, you also have to attach W2s for your tax return documents and of course do not forget your USC status or Permanent status documents.

The easiest thing to do is to download the tax transcripts than 1040 and W2s (these two have to be sent together as opposed to tax transcripts).

Does anyone have any advice? I don't know what to do...

It has been 6 weeks since my scan date and when I called NVC today they told me it still is not under review. The man said that he could send it to management but it could take up to another 6 weeks to hear back from that.

I don't want to make it take ANOTHER 6 weeks but I also feel like it has been forgotten somewhere? :'(

Same here. We're nearing six weeks at NVC. :( Anyone else on the same boat?

I just checked ceac right now and AOS fee has already changed from paid to N/A. Does this mean our case is complete? Does this also mean we don't have checklist? I'm so stoked right now. Btw, scan date is July

28.

Called NVC and they confirmed case complete Aug. 30. For all the folks out there waiting for case complete, just hang in there and have faith.

No I haven't heard from anyone yet. I am going to call Mumbai Embassy and ask them directly on Monday.

I will post here whatever I find. I feel like it should be no issue though.

Harry did you check with the Mumbai embassy about the finger prints and medical interview?

I got my interview letter today in email, need to know if I can book my bio-metrics and medical in advance.

According to them it is fine to do it, but medical will only last for 6 months.
