That's good news you don't need to call NVC they already forward your case to US Embassy Philippines, what you need to do is to check your visa status after 3 days if its says " Ready " it means they already received it. Then you can go now to https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ and create your profile then if you see there's an open slot for interview you can pick that date that's what I did on mine. Right now I didn't see any open slot for Sept. but I was able to schedule my children's interview on Sept. 23. Once you have your interview date confirmation then you can go and do your medical at SLEC.

That would great! Can I create my profile ahead of time or do I need to wait for my status to say "Ready" first?

Ohh I am sorry. In some cases I have seen where NVC receives cases but USCIS haven't updated the system to show "sent to department of state" but that's rare. Usually they update after your case is sent. You called NVC and they haven't received it. Hmmmm have you Check cases approved after yours to see if any of those were sent to NVC.

Wow, I'm sorry I totally misread it! Yeah I am waiting for review, but it was about 4 weeks for me too at that stage! I'm so sorry hang in there! <3 The whole thing has been slow for me, I hope yours is not like mine <3

They didn't give me my case number until I emailed them actually. It was weird!

Does anyone have any advice? I don't know what to do...

It has been 6 weeks since my scan date and when I called NVC today they told me it still is not under review. The man said that he could send it to management but it could take up to another 6 weeks to hear back from that.

I don't want to make it take ANOTHER 6 weeks but I also feel like it has been forgotten somewhere? :'(

I just checked ceac right now and AOS fee has already changed from paid to N/A. Does this mean our case is complete? Does this also mean we don't have checklist? I'm so stoked right now. Btw, scan date is July

28.
