Are u sure he have to fill out i 864a bcoz i heard if petitioner brother sister or parents are joint sponsor then they have to fill out that form.

Thanks for correcting me. Yes i did sponsored my mom couple of years ago. She is now a LPR. i still have to count her in my household right?

If your uncle lives in the same household as you, physically then yes. Anyone who lives with you or share a relationship with you and has the same address then it is a contract between a household member and you hence the i864a. I have my parents and siblings live with me however I only used my brother as he is alone and his income alone is good to support me and my husband and himself. I provided our birth certificate and our driver license and a letter to state me and my brother's relationship, which will help.

I had to do a lot of research on this and a friend of mine confirmed it as she did the same thing with her relatives.

Did u guys wait for the aos and iv to change from in process to paid, before sending off the packages. This is what my lawyer said;

"It might take a couple of days for the payment to go through. I just checked and its still in process. Once we have that, we can continue."

Not necessary. You can send as soon as you have all the required documents and the cover sheet with bar code has been sent to you by email.

Got our interview date this morning (scheduled August 25th) for October 5th. I wish good luck to everyone still waiting on their various stage of the process.

Today marks 6 weeks since my scan date and no CC, no checklist, no nothing. Can I do anything...? Is it normal to wait more than 6 weeks? Every time I call they say it hasn't been reviewed yet.

Can you ask to speak to a supervisor?..someone on a higher level because u have passed the waiting mark. Hope you get a good answer at least so u know what is going on with your case

Just saw your posting and decided to give them a call as well The lady on the phone told me that my case was now under review at this time. So I expect that you case is close by. I wish us both luck.
