Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to congratulate those who have had their case completed :) I just can imagine the joy and excitement you are in. I've been reading posts for the past 3 days already :)

My scan date was last August 1, 2016 ; counting and counting the days too just to be with with my hubby. (L)

Okay.. i have a question regqrding i864. I did received a checklist on 18th. They asked my to bring updated i864 to interview but my lawyer is saying we should submit it to nvc. I am so confused. Has anyone ever was asked to bring any document to interview?

Yes, if it is a minor mistake you can take an updated I864 to the interview. If you send it to NVC, than you have to wait for another 30 days. Call NVC and confirm that you can take updated form to the interview.

6 weeks of waiting from second scan date are over. Waiting to call NVC today and talk to a supervisor, so I think I have to week up to 6 weeks again. This is just a sh*tty thing :( I'm so stressed with all of this, just for one of two signs... If somebody signs in page 4 and doesn't on page 6, doesn't mean that he changed his mind... :(((((

Am hoping so too

Till that time make sure to keep all documents ready. As soon as you pay your AOS fees you can send your package.

@harry13 y can we rechcedule the interivew what is problem with that

If you want to reschedule interview, than that's fine. It is already hard enough to get interview scheduled at first place so I won't change the date once I have it.
