:( Oh that's terrible. I'm sorry. Hoping it speeds up for you!! I somewhat understand your worries because it seems like most people are getting case complete in like 2-4 weeks, but I'm in my 5th week and nothing...

Hi all, when I check my case it still says At NVC. I don't know what scan date it? My husband in US has called and they said they got our case on July 6th, our attorney sent it June 28th; and they still haven't reviewed it. How long has it taken those of you who have completed from then receiving it to case complete?

Thanks all, missing my husband, as is our 3 month old Daughter! Skype is a wonderful thing!

Hi Brit, our scan date was jun 17, and after 8 weeks on August 10 they told us that my divorce certificate was missing so we sent it again and we have a new scan date on August 16 and they said we need to wait another 30 days or 60.. Sad.. I hope you have a better luck! Blessings..

I just checked on the NVC site to see if there was any update and I saw 3 N/A. I'm calling them first thing once they open to confirm. My scan date July 21st. I am beyond happy. I was worried that I was going to get a checklist for not submitting W2s (Thank you Mrz. Burgz for calming my nerves down a bit) and also not having a police clearance for one of the countries my husband lived in (The Gambia) because I was unable to obtain one. I haven't received any email yet so I'm not sure if they will still ask for my husband to bring those documents. I am very happy though that they completed my case and I did not have to go through the hassle of submitting the docs and then waiting again.

For those still waiting for CC it will soon come when you least expect it. This whole process has taught me a lot about patience and I know soon it will end with my husband and I in each other's arms.

Congratulations I added you to the spreadsheet.

Is your case complete? Sometimes they give case complete but with a checklist like asking you to bring an updated and corrected i864 in the embassy interview. Thats based from what I read in other posts, maybe you should try to call NVC and clarify it.
