you are welcome...I hope this is what you are looking for. In the i-864 instructions guide, it did say that to explain things that do not make sense. Anyways I did a lot of search on this matter myself and I was able to pull out some great lawyer advise on this matter.

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you call them or receive an email. My scan date is July 18th and I'm also worried about a checklist.

This is so frustrating.i just found out i have a checklist. They are missing my passport copy. I am damn sure my lawyer mailed it to them. ANOTHER MONTH DELAY

I am so sorry!! I would also like to know how you received it. I am also July 18th and haven't heard a thing. I am planning to call them again on Monday though...

Hi dharshal, I thought it just takes 1 or 2 weeks to schedule the interview, hope you get it soon, we have sent an email to expedite the case and get us an interview date sooner as wife(US citizen) is pregnant and due beginning of november, not sure if it is good enough reason for an expedite

My scan date is July 18th as well. I called on Friday and was told that it is taking 5 weeks right now but not 6 weeks. So maybe Monday for us. Please post if you get any other feedback when you call.

Okay I will let you know! I live in Japan so my time is different but I will be calling them around 6PM their time so hopefully I will get some news...I hope... ><;

Congratulations!!!

When your status changes on the uscis website to "Sent to department of state"(NVC). However a few times USCIS send petitions to NVC and not update their system to show that it was sent.
