Did you submit your AOS and IV package to NVC? Scan date is the date NVC received and scanned your package into their system. When you call them they will let you know the date they received your package, that should be your scan date.

So i am still waiting to see the AOS fee as paid, it's been 2 days now. I have already gone over the ds-261. As soon as AOS fee shows paid, the IV fee will open for me to pay. I really hope to have all that taken care of this week. I leave the country next week to see my husband. My docs are all ready to be submitted. Just need to print and sign them and I don't want to do that until I have to send it.

Got a checklist on July 21. Due to some misunderstanding, I thought I'd be able to bring the missing documents to the interview, but they won't schedule the interview until after they receive and process the other information. It was sent last week.

I'm really tired of living abroad. I wanna go back home but I'm not going without my wife if I can help it! Really struggling with all this, though. My whole timeline is messed up by this checklist. I used an attorney but I think he's actually caused more delays than anything. If I'd handled the case myself, I'd be home today I think.

Our Documents were received by NVC 7/8/16. Do you thing I will hear soon? Also, Is it the NVC payment portal that you looked for the OAS to change from Paid to N/A?
