Good day family VJ,

We just receive an email that NVC received our packages on August 5th, hopefully this is our scan date. We are looking forward to a case complete and interview date as soon as possible. It looks to be taking long now that its heading the final days. The email said we have to wait for 30 days for them to review our cases.

Yes that's your scan date. It takes upto 30- 35 days for CC. Good luck ??

i guess if ur interview is scheduled with checklist it should be a case complete... u can always call nvc n confirm.. best of luck

You will still see 3rd N/A if NVC completes your case and even if you have checklist for interview.

How do you know the scan date at NVC? I wasn't notified of anything like that other than a NVC officer confirming that they had received my documents over the phone.

Some people receive an email stating they receive your package and some didn't receive an email and still got CC. As long as they received your package you are good. So consider 30 days from the day they received your package. Good luck!

3 N/As and changed on a Sunday. That's weird because Friday at 5 pm I called NVC and not reviewed yet. and I get the N/A on a Sunday.

February 1, 2016 - Mailed I-130

February 2, 2016 - I-130 Delivered

February 4, 2016 - NOA1 (got the email and text on February 5)

June 3, 2016 - NOA2 (got the email and text on February 5)

June 11, 2016 - NOA2 hard copy

June 17, 2016 - USCIS website says Case sent to NVC

June 23, 2016 - Case received at the NVC (confirmed over phone)

July 7, 2016 - Case # and Invoice ID # received over phone

July 7, 2016 - DS-261 submitted

July 8, 2016 - Welcome Letter Received; DS-261 reviewed over phone

July 8, 2016 - AOS Fee Invoiced and payment in process

July 9, 2016 - AOS and IV package mailed (FedEx next day)

July 11, 2016 - IV Fee Invoiced and payment in process
July 11, 2016 - NVC Received/Scan Date

July 12, 2016 - AOS and IV Fees show as PAID; DS-260 unlocked
July 13, 2016 - NVC said that's when they entered the AOS/IV packages into the system

July 14, 2016 - DS-260 Submitted

August 16, 2016 - Case Complete

August 23, 2016 - Interview scheduled

October 18, 2016 - Interview

Me: Husband, US Citizen

 

I-751 Lifting of Conditions

August 15, 2018 - I-751 Delivered to USCIS (check cashed in Phoenix 09/25)

October 24, 2018 - NOA

March 28, 2019 - Biometrics appointment

June 11, 2019 - Case transferred to Potomac

February 18, 2020 - Combined Interview with N-400

February 20, 2020 - i-751 Approved

 

N-400 Naturalization

August 3, 2019 - Applied online 

August 26, 2019 - Biometrics

February 18, 2020 - Interview (Scheduled on January 6th). Approved pending i-751 approval

February 24, 2020 - Oath Ceremony Scheduled

March 25, 2020 - Oath Ceremony

Congrats, the system might have not updated until today. Call Monday to confirm if it was completed Friday.

The date that the NVC receive your documents is your Scan Date.

So a question, does anyone know what the average time is for a checklist if there is any? They said 30 days for me to review it (still waiting on scan date as they didn't put in the system on friday). I am just wondering if it really takes that long to send out a checklist.

Does that mean NVC will not ask for more documents and we are all done ?

Yes call them to confirm. I believe you meant August 6 ?

Our scan date is July 8th still now 3 N/As.

5/13/2016- I130 approved

5/18/2016- Sent to NVC

5/20/2016- NVC received

6/9/2016- Case # received (Welcome letter)

7/1/2016- Sent our IV and AOS packets to NVC

7/8/2016- Scan date

8/9/2016- Case Complete

9/20/2016- Medical exam

10/3/2016- Interview

Congrats to those who got their case completed :) My second scan date is 12th of July and I think this might be the last week of waiting :) ... Anybody else who got cc today?
