Has it happened to anyone that they changed your CC date? I got my 3 n/as on July 21st. I called NVC to confirm like 4 times they told me that "YES" it was complete. Then on July 26th I was told it was under supervisor review and today I called and they tell me my case just closed on the 27th. Hope I get a september interview :( Ughhhhhhh I hate NVC and their mistakes!

Have you gotten the case complete email?

Ok, I don't understand this. I saw someone here on VJ (from Morocco) that had CC a day AFTER me and they already have an interview date. I called today and still nothing.

Wasn't this thing first in, first out?

Checking in and still awaiting appointment letter.

Same here. But I'm sure it will come this week.

When my petiton was approved I didn't believe until I got the NOA2 letter in the mail.

Now I just want to get that email to believe that my husband actually have an interview date!!! :crying:

What is going on with NVC? :protest:

Me too, MrsBurgz! I so want this letter. I hope they'll send them out tonight.

Hm, that's odd. I thought they did it in order. What else could influence the process?

I have seen someone that got case complete before me and I got an interview and he didn't. What I found out was that his petitioner isn't a citizen so he had to wait. Is your petioner a citizen?
