In Morocco they won't.

"Services are not available on US and Moroccan holidays at the Consulate or the Call Center. ARAMEX is open on US holidays, but is closed on Moroccan holidays."

The embassy could be playing catch up since they are doing interviews for other countries. Call NVC to make sure. You can also email the embassy and tell them you have been scheduled for the 13th but website says you are closed.

Thanks Dwheels76 for keeping up with the spreadsheet. It was quite helpful for me to estimate the NVC process. As for the Vietnam flag, like many other Vietnamese overseas, I chose not to associate with the flag of the oppressive and corrupted communist regime.

Everything has gone fantastically quick for me so far. NOA1 submission to NOA2 approval - 82 days. NOA2 Approval to NVC Case Complete (which happened today) - 70 days. I'm hoping for an equally swift process to schedule my interview now. From what I can gather, I *should* be waiting about 45-60 days from now until my interview date. Does this sound about right?

Hi! When does NVC send the files/packet to the consulate US embassy of your country after they schedule you for embassy interview?

2 weeks before the interview?

4 weeks before the interview?

Case completed 30 days after scan date, waiting interview but almost at the finish line. With faith all things are possible.

Thanks to all the other Canadians or spouses of Canadians for the heads up about Montreal scheduling interviews. Called this morning and mine is scheduled for Sept 26th!
