    5/23/2015 Case arrived at NVC

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

    6/22/2016 Confirmation that they received the packet

    Scan Date: June 17,2016 :ot2::ot2:

    Case Complete: July 22,2016 <3<3<3 35 days since NVC Received it ******

    CASE COMPLETE CONFIRMED IT ON THE PHONE JULY 25,2016

You can always call NVC and ask if they are still scheduling. When you do, be sepcific to your case, "Have you or started scheduling CR1 interviews for the Mumbai consulate?" or " are you still scheduling CR1 interviews for the Mumbai consulate?" if you call and just ask if they are still scheuduling, they may say yes, but they in reality be done scheduling for some consulates yet stills scheduling for others. Good luck!

Yes yes visa in hand just pick it up at dhl,my poe will be next week Saturday the 13 of August cah wait to see my husband...

I've already update my info.

Congrats!! SO many good news today. Hoping to get my interview as well and praying for everyone else.

interview date schedule: aug 4 2016

interview is on :September 23 2016

mine is the 26 of September

Ok, I'm confused, I called and they said an interview has been scheduled for me, but the date they gave me is A HOLIDAY HERE IN MOROCCO

September 13th

I don't understand. I didn't realize it until I had already hanged up, what should I do??

In Morocco they won't.

"Services are not available on US and Moroccan holidays at the Consulate or the Call Center. ARAMEX is open on US holidays, but is closed on Moroccan holidays."

Hi All,

I hope everyone is doing great! Hubby had his interview on the 2nd and the CO told him everything is fine and they will call him to come pick up his passport. so the case says AP on CEAC. yesterday I check and it seems like they touched the case, however it still in AP this morning. I'm kind of worried now. How long do cases stay in AP if everything was fine at the interview?

Its not a US holiday so they will be opened.

It's the same in Germany - they're closed on American and German holidays.

I would call again and ask about it. Maybe they misread something?

The 13th is a Tuesday. I didn't see where there is a holiday for that day.

I guess you can give NVC a call? But from my understanding the US embassies are closed only on US holidays.

I'm not sure if it's the same for all embassies and consulates, but those I've seen had opening hours with the exception of US and local holidays, not only on US holidays.

At least for India, I know US embassy is closed on Indian holidays too. http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/hourslocation.html

Kikk159 You can call and find out. I don't think they would schedule you on a holiday. I found out this http://morocco.usembassy.gov/holidays.html Look like Sept 13 is not a holiday for US Embassy in Morocco.

so we called to confirm the CC the lady said now you wait for the interview to be scheduled and its defend on the countries too but she said it will take up to two months for interview i hope we will get it scheduled soon and wish for all of you to be with your loved ones sooner :dancing:
