Hi all here In the Dominican Republic it's fathers day so happy father day?.... my question is should I add my baby's ultrasound pic. I have about 4 pics and a mini video of the heart beats what do u guys think?

Happy Father's Day to you! For what purpose do you feel the need to add your baby's ultrasound pic? I'm unsure what you are trying to accomplish with it.

Are you wanting to send them as evidence of a bona fide marriage? You can send the pictures if you wish (don't send the video, they won't look at it anyway). They don't prove that the baby is your husband's and a baby doesn't prove a marriage is genuine but if you want to send them, you can.

I would add the ultrasound photos having a child is proof of a bonafide relationship. Most people who use a spouse to get a green card don't have sex which is no way to have a baby. I dk where people come up these things lol that's why I says as proof of bonafide marriage to summit any birth certificate of common children ?

Im just rapping it up now I put a picture of the pregnancy test as well and the date we found out I think I have like 60 photos for just the application and 30 pages of evidence. I think you can stay in dr and send to the Chicago lockbox with your dr address and they could expedite it I'm not so sure how true it is might want to try that.

Paternity test would confirm the father, but not the marriage.

However, the pictures or video are not going to be counted.

Some couples choose not to have children. Some, like us, endure 7 rounds of in-vitro attempts and still don't have a child.

Not having children does not mean the relationship is not genuine. USCIS is aware of this and would not assume a marriage is genuine because a child has been produced and they would not assume a marriage is fraudulent where no child has been produced.

In other words, don't rely too heavily on ultrasound pictures as evidence of a bona fide relationship. Throw it into the envelope if you want but focus on the more concrete pieces of evidence.

There's days I wish I could just go back this pregnancy has not been easy for me at all but I promised my husband before I came here I wouldn't leave unless we had 2 tickets we weren't even sure if we'd want to go back to USA at first but after we found out we were pregnant we decided USA would be better for our baby. FYI some states don't require Dna test for couples that are married they count the husband as the father regardless if he is or not. To me for the people that want kids having a child is a sign of a bonafide marriage but as you can see a lot of people don't agree with me. I just know fraud marriages there is no sex involved. I knew a girl a long time ago that a illegal payed her for papers they married lived in the same house but no sex.

Sorry about your experience and I agree some people don't want kids and that doesn't prove a bonafide marriage or not in my opinion if there is a pregnancy between a husband and wife that can prove a few things at least but usAully the false relationships there is no relations. My sister struggled with infertility but she now has a daughter and son so don't give up hope I truly wish you the best

I think fraud marriages you speak of are when both the petitioner and beneficiary come to some sort of agreement for the sole purpose of getting the immigrant a GC. But for foreigners who scam a USC for example, I think sex is part of the plan as to make the person that is being scammed feel like it is genuine.

So glad I don't have to worry about any of that than I have a great man that I love and I know he loves me but I do understand what you say. I do hear those stories as well

But not ever person is bad and not ever person will use someone for the American Dream either
