Hi! My husband is under Eb3 visa awaiting for interview schedule (now DQ but no interview schedule yet). I am now pregnant due to give birth in September. Do you know the process on how we can add our newborn baby as his dependent just in case we get interviewed after I gave birth? And how long will the process take? I dont want to leave my baby and immigrate without him. Thank you.

Hi,

Once you have the child's birth certificate, you can add the child to the case. Contact the US Embassy and provide them with a copy of the child's birth certificate.

You will get the chance at the interview to add the child also. This will delay issuance of the visas.

Best of luck.
