Hey guys..

As you can see on the title my husband (USC) just got fired from his job and my I-485 interview is next week... :(

unemployment will not be enough to cover the 125% minimum income and we have nobody not even family willing be our joint sponsor to file another I-864.

Please help us with some advices, I have all the paperwork ready to the interview and I don't want be denied for something that is not under our control.

(USC) is already looking and applying for another jobs, but so far no response yet, and I can't work since I never got an EAD.

I don't know if it helps at the interview but I have some emergency money which I brough with me from Brazil and was never touched meant to be used only in a emergency case like now for example.

Your assets can be used to satisfy the I-864 requirements. You report it on the I-864. You don't have to touch it since it not being spent.

Hi,

Find a Joint Sponsor. Bring the JS's I-864, complete tax return, and proof of being an LPR or USC.

Best of luck.
