It probably went out a week ago. I just dropped it in a regular mailbox so I'm not 100% sure when it was officially posted. Looking forward to the NOA though! I'm surprised you haven't got it yet... Maybe just lost in the mail?

Your list looks good! No joint insurance?

We don't have joint health or dental insurance because we both work so we get separate insurance from our employers.

Omit Form G-1145 since it's not applicable to removal of conditions filed at CSC/VSC.

As stated under the special instructions, Form G-1145 is only available for forms filed at three Lockbox facilities located in Lewisville, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; and Phoenix, Arizona.

OK! :star: I won't be sending the G-1145 form then!

it seems that there are only few ROC August 2016 filers, hopefully, the process will smooth and swift.

If not so many people are applying to remove conditions, the process should be faster (in theory)! -_-

Received a letter from DHS on Aug 8 reminding to file the I-751.

I never received any letters from DHS! :bonk: I think it's because I moved and filled out the address change online form 2 weeks ago!:oops::oops:

1. USCIS ELIS account number ???? which number is this ? the mtl....... one or am i missing something?

The USCIS Elis account, means ''Electronic Immigration System'' account number, and it is the agency-wide effort to transform most paper-based process to electronic environment. I don't think it is in effect as of yet, and you don't need it to file ROC, you will need to leave the space blank.

I have a USCIS ELIS Account Number! :star: I believe I created this account when I set up my I-130 interview at the Montreal Consulate in Canada!

Wow, that was really fast! I am so jealous how fast CA seems to be moving compared to VT at all stages of the game.

Ugh I know! I was reading August 2015 thread, some people are still waiting! I checked other months and compared CA vs VT, and CA average time is 6months. There is not way to be sure one way or another, just wait, pray and hope for the best.

Ah, I may be lucky this time since I'm sending my ROC application to the California Service Center!

It's hard to believe since I got screwed big time for the I-130 application! :bonk::bonk::bonk:

Here's what the instructions say;

"If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed."

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-751instr.pdf

The only issue being those are too many questions also I want to know if others have done the same or left blank .....

In my opinion (not 100% sure though), I don't think you need to put "N/A" in every text field in the application. -_-

For example, at "Part 5. Information About Your Children", I'd think if you put "N/A" at in the "Family Name" section; then, you can leave the "Given Name" and "Middle Name" sections blank instead of typing "N/A" in every box.
