I agree with Austincanada. I have no lawyer, but I think it is question of rights. If you legally comply with the 3-year period to gain citizenship, why do we have to wait longer because of USCIS inco

8/26/14 Delivered to Chicago lock box,singed by JC day 1

9/4/14 Received hard copies of NOA1 day 10
9/11/14 Received Biometrics appointment letter day 17
9/25/14 Biometrics appointment not done due to ASC facility closure day 31

10/7/14 I-485 notification, moved to Testing and Interview day 42
10/10/14 I-765 EAD moved to production day 45
10/16/14 EAD delivered day 51

11/18/14 Interview day 84 (Approved!!!!)

.....ROC in 2016.....
8/20/16 I-751 sent to VSC
8/22/16 I-751 package delivered to VSC
9/10/16 Biometrics appointment letter received in the mail
9/22/16 Biometrics completed successfully

7/17/17 I - 797 NOA2 received with approval. New Status IR6

wondering what is the time line to receive the actual card ?

 is i 751 divorce waiver  case. divorce before ROC on two year GC. 

 Recently had an interview for the same , got the letter of approval.

just wondering  how long it takes to get the actual card after i receive this. 

does the time to receive the actual GC  vary for joint I751 and waiver ?

Hi I'm on a divorce waiver case too, any info on the interview? How was it, what was asked, what did you take with you?

Divorcee Waiver filed 04/2017;
I-551 Stamp 07/10/2017
Approved 12/12/2017! 16 months 2 days later!!!!!! :)

thank you , i will update the details in few days.. i am scrambling to see if i can a temp alien registration card or stamp after renewing my  now expired passport .

to visit my Mother.i promise to update my interview details later.

08-22-2017- Biometrics - Completed

08-22-2017- Interview Scheduled' status update (in-line)

10-18-2017- Interview was Scheduled' status update in myUSCIS

10-19-2017- Status updated in Online account and Interview pdf available 

11-27-2017- Interview Date (Approved)

11-30-2017- Oath Ceremony ( I am US Citizen Now :jest:)

Is there a place that I can check when the window will be open for naturalization ?My conditional green card is September 25,2014.

A&J K1 visa Journey

Sent I-129F packet Sat-June 8,2013.

USCIS received 1-I29F Packet Wed-June 12,2013.

NOA1 Notification (email & text msg) and Notice Date Fri-June 14,2013.

Awaiting NOA1 hard copy in mail.................................

Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) On Thurs-June 20, 2013

NOA1 hard copy in the mail Fri-June 21,2013

I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) transferred from VSC to TSC On Fri-August 9, 2013

I129F,Petition for FIANCE(E) transfer and now being process at TSC Thur-August 15,2013

Receive Notice of Action Transfer (NOA-T) on Mon-August 19,2013

NOA2 Notification (Email) Wed-September 18,2013

NOA2 hard copy in the mail Tues-September 24,2013

I129F is shipped from USCIS to NVC Thurs-September 26,2013

NVC received approved I129F and assign case number Fri-October 4,2013

NVC shipped I129F to Embassy Wed-October 23,2013

90 days before the expiration date of your card of September, 25 but for the year 2017
