I agree with Austincanada. I have no lawyer, but I think it is question of rights. If you legally comply with the 3-year period to gain citizenship, why do we have to wait longer because of USCIS inco

Highly doubtful. It doesn't really mean anything. A number of cases are pulled for interview to meet a quota. Most June filers haven't even heard yet. The regular rules will apply when you are adjudicated.

And can you believe it? The approved July filer is a divorce waiver!...... Because that makes sense. :rolleyes:

My spouse (USC) filled out I-865.  https://www.uscis.gov/i-865  We received a letter confirming the address change.  :yes:

 

I've filled out the online address change form.  https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do   I haven't received a letter or email confirming my address change.  :hehe:   Is there a way to confirm that they've updated my address without calling them (since calling USCIS takes so much time)?  :help:

I got a letter. If I were you I'd fill in the form again.

Good luck! (Yeah, I filled the form in a couple of times because I forgot to put the Suite number the first time... but I did get a letter. Hopefully this does the trick!)
