I'm not quite sure what you're asking... are you saying that you're afraid he won't allow you to get your 10 year green card? Because, although anything's possible with a president elect who most people believe to be erratic at best, it is unlikely that people like us, who are going legally about the business of removing conditions on a green card we have already been approved for once, are going to be pretty low on his list of priorities.

It may become harder for the people who come after us to get approved, but I think those of us whose applications are already in the pipeline will probably not see any change.

I agree! :star: I think he will be tough on illegal immigration, not legal immigration since his wife, Melania, immigrated legally (although there is a rumor that she worked without a work visa). :yes:

I filed I751 by myself ? That means I will get an interview for sure . If trump makes immigration thinks they should be more strict to follow the president 's will . Then I might get a hard time by then . I don't know just being anxious when I think about this .

Just checking in the waiting process is so looooooonnnggggg and boring! my 2 year Conditional card finally expired last week so now I have my expired card and my extension letter for proper documentation purposes riding around with in my car! You never know with Presidential changes!


Based on timelines and trends I'm expecting CSC filers to start seeing some activity in February-March of next year and sadly VSC maybe closer to June-August! ughhhh! Well the holidays filled with family and fun should make the time fly by a little faster!

Just called immigration they said I should get the green card around April or May something around there & 90% people don't have to be interviewed . I don't think I will be that lucky .

Which number can I use to check the status online ? The one before the biometric appointment or after it or both ? Anyone can answer my question I'll appreciate it !

Snow day in Portland today... Stayed home and baked Christmas goodies. It occurs to me that we're almost due for one of those random early approvals that gets everybody's hopes up, only to have them crash down again as the rest of us wait!?
