I called the 1-800 number and they transferred me to a TIER 2, she was nice enough to tell me, and told me to follow up in order to be able to make the appointment on Monday.

Thanks for the info, I keep calling, I had to put in my third service request and still nothing, I am just going to stop bothering myself with this immigration thing, and wait till they get tired of having to look at my file at the USCIS office.

I'm on mobile right now so can't update myself... But I did a walk-in and got my bio done! Yay! They gave me some grief about it and made me sit around for awhile, but they eventually let me get it done. So I don't have to cancel the lesson I'm booked to teach next week.
