It's time for me to file for removal of condition. I'm in TX. I set my alarm in advance and was ready to filebut read about the 90 days before the second anniversary of my conditional residence but want to ask before jumping the gun.

We were married in DEC 2014

Resident Since DEC 24, 2015

Card Expires DEC 24, 2017

- Can you file the form electronically or does it have to be paper ? Cover page with explanation included ?

- We have been married for almost two years now but I have been living in the US since DEC 2015.

When should I apply 90 days before our second year wedding anniversary ?

Or 90 days before the expiry date of my GC DEC 24, 2017 ?

Called Uscis again.Again they said they will call back in 3 hours.Of course nobody called back from friday due to labor day weekend.

Again called bank also asked about copy of check. No copy available cause it was converted ACH.What is going on?Am i will ever be able to find out what is taking so long?More than a month since check cashed and no nothin in mail

I just called them again. They gave me a new trackable receipt number. I tried to track it on the web and it says...

"On August 3, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 2, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

The officer told me that they will resend the receipt and ask to call again if I still haven't received it by 17th.

As for biometrics, the officer said it hasn't been scheduled. So, I don't think anyone should be worry about that yet. lol

Hi! That would be 90 days before your card expires. Hope that helps. Good luck.

CSC has to start catching up with July filers. Hopefully the officers come back from their vacation (?) with their energies renewed!

I'm starting to suspect that there is a nice nap room in their offices!:rofl::rofl:

Hello! I could not find the thread for the September 2016 filers, and was also confused on which thread to include ourselves. We signed the form on August 12,2016 but sent it and was received by USCIS in California on 9/1/16. We have received the 1 year extension letter on 9/6/16. Can someone add us the correct thread? Thank you!

Cheque/check was cashed today. That pending charge is lovely to my eyes. I put my package inside a clear poly envelope to make sure the pages wouldn't be able to get wet and I had my photos in a neat Walmart photo slip that allows one picture to be viewed. I like to think that my husband and my face is sitting on a pile of papers, screaming at the agents at VSC to "look at us!!"

Also, there was that one June 2016 filer who was approved after two months, what the what. Pour that luck over here please.
