Hello! Anyone else having trouble with ELIS account number? I called USCIS this morning, and just wanted to share that you can call them and ask to be transferred to the ELIS tech support team. They will be able to give you your ELIS account number without making a new account. They will ask for your name, birth date and A-number. Hope that helps.

Same here. I couldn't find my ELIS account number so I just called them. The rep told me it doesn't really matter if you write it or not as long as you have your A-number correct. I'm just paranoid like that. hehe Let us know if you do get an RFE for the ELIS number. Thank you.

Hi! I called them this morning and after following the prompts, I was able to talk to a representative. Why did you need to talk to a T2 officer?

That really sucks. I'm gonna call again this Tuesday. The officer told me that my NOA has been sent in awhile ago. I think it got lost in the mail (I'm so unlucky!!) I'm gonna ask if they could re-send it to me, which I doubt. I heard that they don't really send duplicate and will probably just ask me to get a stamp at the nearest office. Meh, even then, they will probably use whatever excuse to not give me a stamp or tell me to wait until it expires. Those people are so incompetent.
