Hello Everyone,

I applied for removal of conditions on July 29th, 2016 and received NOA on August 1st, 2016. Still waiting on approval. I filed the ' case out of processing time' inquiry, and received a letter in the mail saying that ' adjudication pending' . I have called USCIS several times and spoken with the tier 2 officers, all the tell me is ' You just have to wait'.

Also, received RFE on 12/22/2017 and responded on 1/19/2018.

Thanks,

Hi,

I have a question for everyone who has placed an E-request due to "being out of processing time."

How did you receive the e-Request response?  I only got a response via E-mail a few weeks ago, but people like sv80 received a letter in the mail.

I never received a letter in the mail, and that kinda makes worry me a bit. I moved in october, and even though I updated my mailing address right away, not receiving this E-request response in the mail makes me doubt they updated my address correctly.

To those who placed an E-request, how did you receive the response? email? US mail? both?

THANKS!

Well, it's not a decision, or anything, but finally an update!

As of today, my file was received at my local office! So either they're going to link it up with my N-400 or just give me an interview (I'd prefer the latter, since we want to buy a house this summer and I'll need an official document to show the bank, apparently!)

Incidentally, I only found out about this because I accidentally filled in my I-751 number in the case status page (instead of that weird CRI-89 number that they assigned us way back on our biometrics letter.) The update showed up under my I-751.  The CRI-89 still shows "My Case has been received" from 2016.

So if you haven't tried that already, try it now!

Its not because of N 400 as i just got the same case status about my case recieved at my local office and i did not filed n400. Seems like TONS of ppl have their cases transferred to local office, there is a separate thread on it. Not sure what that means, system glitch? Everyone is now going to interview ( how long that would take ugh) or just a mass case transfer....

Finally heard back - just not from the service requests. My congressman looked into it and just sent a letter saying that the Seattle office is waiting to schedule my joint I751/N400 appointment. :(

I also received the status change that my case has been forwarded to my field office. Is it a mistake or did actually forward our cases? If anyone has contacted the USCIS customer service and received an answer Please update here. I really can't talk to the officers anymore. they just don't make sense :(

I haven't received a status change but I did get confirmation from my congressman that my case files (both) are in Seattle.

How long did it take since you contacted your congressman and a response from them? I'm thinking maybe I should contact my congressman too.

Let's see - I contacted him via an email form a few weeks ago (maybe late January, early February). He mailed me the forms to fill out and I sent those back. He contacted USCIS on Feb 15th and I received a letter yesterday with their response (via my congressman's office).
