I just got off the phone with USCIS. They told me that the NOA has been mailed and asked me to wait until next week. I guess it has been lost in the mail. I probably will call again and ask them to resend it if I still haven't received it next week. The good thing is he also gave me a receipt number. I tried to track it on the web, but it says not found.

You're not able to track your receipt number until you receive the Biometrics letter. It says on the NOA1, but since you haven't gotten it yet I figured I'd inform you. No reason to worry about it saying not found,

57 dollars later :P It better get there tomorrow, just like I paid for! I'm just gonna sit here and worry for the next couple of weeks/months/years. I put myself on the list though. Care to critique my list of documents I sent? Or anyone else that might read this ^_^

2014 + 2015 Tax Transcripts

(2)2014, (4)2015, (3)2016 Bank statements since being added to the account in 2014. Took statements from each quarter, pretty random months though all around

2015 + 2016 Credit card statements, one for each year because they're huge

2014, 2015, + 2016 Credit card statements for another card, one for each year because no reason really

2015 + 2016 Car insurance declarations and cards

Sams Club membership cards (They're only from this year because we just got them this year ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Health cards from this year, old ones were destroyed, also we barely use our health insurance, so there's like no claims to show¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Two emails showing flight itineraries from 2015. We didn't fly very much the past 2 years. I'm just remembering now an April trip I forgot about though :'(

2015+2016 Phone bills, only one from each year,

EventBrite tickets to events we're both going to, and from past events

2014 Apartment letter (the lease is MIA because of a company change) 2015 Lease and 2016 Lease

40+ Photos from November 2014 - now because photos are great.

Anyways, I think the taxes and all those account statements are what the government really wants it looks like. It's too late now. It's out of my hands. I just want a "yup looks good" ;-; Maybe I should have asked first. Oh whale.

I would say that it is good information, but you did not submit the quantity that they are wanting to adjudicate your ROC. I would be ready with copies for each month of each year since marriage, and be prepared for an RFE.

You put in more photos than proof of co-mingling :pop:

Oops! Forgot to mention our Christmas cards. There's 2014 cards, 2 year anniversary cards, and 2015 Christmas cards and envelopes addressed to both of us. I also just read someone else who had way less info have an RFE and then they submitted even less statements than I sent so, I feel good now.

Your list looks good to me! I may be wrong, but they can't be too strict when it comes to your supporting documents since some petitioners apply even though they are no longer with their US spouses!

Most people send every single month of information, cause USCIS likes to see for the entire duration of the marriage, but it just depends on the adjudicator ?

According to the VisaJourney Step-by-Step Guide, you only need to submit supporting documents since your last immigration interview (since you have become a permanent resident)! http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide#evidence :dancing:

While the USCIS instructions for the I-751 say that evidence should cover the entire period from your marriage up to the present date, there is no need to repeat evidence that you already submitted to them earlier. Many couples submit no evidence whatsoever covering the period before their first interview. In any case, it's helpful to concentrate on the evidence that has developed since they last interviewed you.

You're awesome :) Thanks for that reminder! At this point I feel like it's on them to try and prove we're not married after I've given them quite a few pieces from over the last 2 years. My husband thinks "well, if we do get an RFE then it's good we didn't send too much, because we can supply more now. If we gave them everything we had and they still RFE us then what would we do?"

Yah, we're probably looking for a house soon. Which is awkward during this process, but, we're ready for one. So, I think my name with my husband's name being on a house is 100% guaranteed legit marriage. I dunno.

But yeah, thanks again for the encouragement. It's great!

I think you've mailed them all you had! :star: If they send you an REF, that's life! <_<

Personally, I wouldn't get too upset even if I received an RFE (compared to the I-130 process)!

I mean I'm already living and working in the US! I now have a 1-year extension (NOA1) so I'd be like, "Oh, well" rather than "WHAT!!??" (for the I-130 process) I'll just make additional copies and send them via 3-Day Priority Mail ($6.45)! That's it! :dancing:

Update:

Still have not received my Biometrics appt, so I called again this morning and talked to a Tier II Officer who looked in the system and saw that no Biometrics Appt had been scheduled, but will not be able to put in a service request until next week.

However, she did give me my new Receipt Number and I checked, it works - :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

The agent I called said the same thing. I explained the whole forum part and he said get other people to call and file a service request. If enough people do that - they will have to re-prioritize the work load. So, I urge that everyone that has passed 30 days call and file a service request. That will most likely speed things up.
