Could you clarify something for me, if these new processing times are as of January 29 2018 in which they are processing applications from September 7 2016 that is 509 days backlog. Why does it say on top of the chart 

Field Office Processing Dates for California Service Center as of: November 30, 2017? What is the meaning of the date November 30 on this chart?

Will the processing times of your field office apply to your N-400 application on top of what you're already waited? I mean you've waited 1year and 4 months for your I-751 application. N-400 processing time in say Dallas office is about 408 days, does that mean that your request will be adjudicated over a year from now? That seems nuts to me.

It is confusing. I think if you look at the area above the chart, it doesn't seem to be aligning with 751 filers that have been approved, the Sept 7, 2016 seem to match the applicants who got approved. I could be wrong but I usually avoid looking at the other day above the chart because it is kind of misleading and giving false hope to many applicants who have been waiting.

We are not allowed  to talk about 400 here unfortunately, I will send you a private message and explain.

I have just filed an e-request for the same purpose. You should state the first WAC# you got for your NOA1. The second one (biometrics  WAC#) does not work. I´ll keep everyone posted about their response (around Feb 22nd), but I guess they will consolidate my case along with my N-400 application as Zombie69 commented earlier. I guess I will get the same letter he posted....
